The Law requires that where a fully registered political party intends to change its title; or name, it notifies the Registrar of its intention through a prescribed form (FORM PP10). Below is a list of Political Parties change of names filed with the Registrar.

Conservative Party changed its name to Jubilee Alliance Party (JAP) in 2015; JAP changed its name to Jubilee Party (JP) in 2016. NAP-Kenya registered in 2000, changed its name to TNA; TNA and other 10 parties dissolved to join Jubilee Party (JP) in 2016.
Unless resigned, all members of the 10 parties that dissolved, regardless of year of registration, automatically became members of Jubilee Party (JP).
NOTE: Change of name is a process upon decision by a party.
